There are no extra charges—online customers are not charged for postage or shipping & handling. Passes are sent via U.S. Postal Service. We are not responsible for lost orders.
Once your order is submitted, please allow 5 to 7 business days to receive your pass. The Rapid will mail passes only to addresses in the continental U.S. For pick-up orders please allow 48 hours for processing.
